Pricing

You are charged a fixed-fee of 20p for every booking that is confirmed by you via your admin interface. If you cannot take the job you will not be billed.

Return journeys

We don’t charge you twice for return journeys. Provided that both the outgoing and return journeys are booked at the same time, you still only pay 20p.

Billing

You will receive an invoice on a monthly basis for the bookings you have made in the previous month. You also check your account online at any time to keep track of your bill.

Amendments to bookings

Minor amendments can be made to bookings by the booking agent. Critical changes such as number of pick-ups and a shift in dates by more than 3 days would require a cancellation and re-booking.

Cancellations

If the booking agent places a booking and later cancels it before you have confirmed then you will not be charged. However if you have confirmed a job and it is later cancelled you will still be charged the booking fee as you are charged for every job you confirm. This policy will be reviewed in a fair manner if there are substantial cancellations by your booking agents.
