The only price you need to remember is just 20p per booking. There are no setup fees, no additional costs, no monthly fees, no contracts and no minimum or maximum volumes. You can also receive 25% back from any booking made by a company you refer to us!

TheTaxiBooker.com referral scheme allows you to earn money simply by referring another operator to us. For every booking they make you earn 5p commission. If you sign up enough operators you could even be earning extra revenue from TheTaxiBooker.com!

Simply imagine that for every 4 bookings your referral makes, you make 20p or one free booking on your own website.

Billing

You are charged a fixed-fee of 20p for every booking that is confirmed by you via your admin interface. If you cannot take the job you will not be billed.

You will receive an invoice on a monthly basis for the bookings you have made in the previous month. You also check your account online at any time to keep track of your bill.

Amendments to bookings

Minor amendments can be made to bookings by the booking agent. Critical changes such as number of pick-ups and a shift in dates by more than 3 days would require a cancellation and re-booking.

Cancellations

If the booking agent places a booking and later cancels it before you have confirmed then you will not be charged. However if you have confirmed a job and it is later cancelled you will still be charged the booking fee as you are charged for every job you confirm. This policy will be reviewed in a fair manner if there are substantial cancellations by your booking agents.
