How Much? Are there any setup costs, monthly fees or contracts?

TheTaxiBooker.com is a pay-as-you-go service, you only pay our low price of 20p per booking. There are no contracts, minimum fees or setup fees. See our pricing page for more detail.

Are there limits on the volume of bookings?

No. There are no limits on the number of bookings. There is also no minimum required volume.

Can I customise the booking tool to match my company’s branding?

Yes. When you create an account with TheTaxiBooker.com you or we can create a customised website for your customers to book through. You can specify a colour scheme and upload your own logo. Furthermore, if you have account holders you can create custom booking interfaces for them making you appear more professional and helping automate the booking process.

How can I earn money from the referral scheme?

Our referral scheme allows you to earn money by referring other operators to our system. For every booking they make you earn 5p commission. If you sign up enough operators you could even be earning extra revenue from TheTaxiBooker.com!

Do you provide mobile phone SMS alerts and SMS Text bookings?

We can certainly provide this service if you are interested but it does carry an additional fee on a per-sms basis.

I have an idea for a feature I'd like to have on my booking system, can it be added?

Absolutely. As we have built and provide this system ourselves we can quickly add features which we agree are helpful to your business.
